By accessing and using Agentify CRM services, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part, you should not use our services.

2. Service Description

Agentify CRM is a messaging automation platform that includes:

  • AI assistant for WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Integrated CRM for contact management
  • Customizable knowledge base
  • Unified inbox for multiple channels

3. Registration and Account

To use our services you must:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your password
  • Be responsible for all activity on your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Trial Period and Payments

We offer a free 7-day trial period. After the trial period:

  • A paid subscription is required to continue using the service
  • Prices are expressed in US Dollars (USD)
  • Payments are processed monthly
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Violate third-party rights
  • Distribute malware or harmful content
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts

6. Intellectual Property

Agentify CRM and all its content, features, and functionality are the property of Agentify CRM and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software without authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

Agentify CRM shall not be liable for:

  • Temporary service interruptions
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • AI-generated content that is not appropriate
  • Business decisions based on our service

8. Data Privacy

The use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you accept that policy.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will notify you about significant changes with reasonable advance notice.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms. In the event of termination, you will lose access to your account and stored data.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Paraguay. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Asuncion, Paraguay.
